How can I add virtual numbers?

Before you use a virtual mobile number with Studiocaster, you need to purchase a number from one of the providers which have been fully tested with Studiocaster. If you don’t see your provider, then get in touch and we will advise you on how we can incorporate your provider.

How can I add Twitter?

From within the Studiocaster web app, go to Menu > Services and choose Twitter from the Add Services drop-down. For help, contact Support.

Text messages are coming in too quick?

Turn off the auto-feed switch on the dashboard. You will get a message count as new messages are received, but they won’t be displayed until you either refresh your browser or turn auto-feed back on.

How to get started with Studiocaster?

Once your account has been opened, you will get a login and password to use with our web app. Just login and you will be presented with the dashboard.

Where do I set up a competition?

Running a competition on Studiocaster is really easy. Before you set up your competition you need to assign a keyword in Menu > Settings. Then go back to competitions Menu > Competitions, set up your competition linked to your keyword and assign a tag phrase the system should look for in the messages. Remember to specify the start and end times/date. 

Does Studiocaster support WhatsApp?

This feature is on the cards for an upcoming release and will be added to services when it is available. Early adopters will get a discount on adding this service as soon as it becomes available. .
