Studiocaster exists to make the minutes between a listener getting in touch and a presenter going live faster, safer and easier to account for.
How we think about it
One product, done properly
Studiocaster handles the path from listener message to on-air moment. It does not schedule programmes, drive playout, manage music or publish social content. We would rather be the best control surface on the screener’s desk than a mediocre version of everything.
Built for live, not for later
Everything is designed around the minutes either side of going on air: keyboard shortcuts instead of menus, filters instead of folders, and a read-only view for whoever is holding a microphone.
Moderation is not an add-on
Expletive filtering, blacklists, sender bans and an audit trail are part of the core product, because a station that puts a listener message to air is responsible for it.
Say what is true
You will not find invented customer counts, borrowed logos or awards on this site. When we have proof worth showing you, we will show you the proof.
Support
How support works
We are a small team and we answer our own support. There is no ticket queue between you and someone who knows the product, and no tiered plan that decides whether you are worth replying to.
Onboarding is done with you rather than handed to you: we connect your channels, set up your services and roles, and stay with it until your first show has run through the system.
The contact form is the only way to reach us — we do not publish an email address or a telephone number, and everything sent through it comes straight to us.
