Terms of use
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms govern your use of studiocaster.com (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who these terms are with
The site is operated by Studiocaster Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 645238, with its registered office at 5a Quinsborough Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, A98 HY48, Ireland ("we", "us", "our").
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover this website and the information published on it. They do not govern use of the Studiocaster application at app.studiocaster.com, which is provided under a separate agreement between us and the organisation whose account you are using. Where the two conflict in respect of the application, that agreement takes precedence.
3. Using the site
You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own business purposes. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the availability or integrity of the site;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site by automated means;
- reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content commercially without our written permission.
We may withdraw or restrict access to the site if you breach these terms.
4. The contact form
Information you submit through the contact form must be accurate and must be yours to give. Do not use the form to send confidential information, personal data about third parties, or unsolicited commercial material. We may decline to respond to any enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and does not entitle you to an account, a demonstration, or any particular price.
5. Information published on this site
The site describes the Studiocaster product and is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but:
- the product is under active development, and features described here may change before they are generally available;
- prices shown are indicative starting figures for the plans described, are quoted in euro, and do not constitute an offer. Add-ons and specific requirements may change the final subscription. The price that applies to you is the one in your order or agreement with us;
- nothing on this site forms part of a contract, a specification, or a warranty about the product's suitability for your station.
6. Intellectual property
The Studiocaster name, logo, the design of this site and its content are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use them except as set out in these terms.
Third-party names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners.
7. Links to other sites
Where the site links to a third-party site, that link is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties in respect of the site to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on any content published on it.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal data this site collects, how it is used, and the cookies set by our analytics. It forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form, which is the only contact route we publish.
